Our Catering Team Members take Willy’s on the road. If you are looking for a fun, fast paced place to work with great people, then the Willy’s Catering Team is the job for you. Orders are delivered seven days a week, day and night, so flexibility is a must. A valid driver’s license is required to operate the Willy’s Catering vehicle.

The Team Members are the heart and our Managers are the soul of our operations. Willy’s Managers are the ones who bring everything together and are able to see what it takes to elevate a restaurant from OK to outstanding. Success as a Willy’s Manager will depend on your ability to multi-task managing every aspect of the restaurant. You must be a leader and developer of your team. Most importantly, Willy’s Managers lead by example demonstrating hard work and fun is the only way to work. Our food quality sets us apart from all the rest of those Burrito Joints so a strong love for food and the restaurant business is absolutely essential.
Managers go through a comprehensive 7 week training program learning all the details of our business including food preparation, working the line, food safety, catering, guest service and managing the numbers.
