Our group is under 20 people, is the hardware included?

For groups under 20 people, the Hardware Kit is not included. We have a few different options for you to choose from:
Paper Kit Only – $8.50 (plates, napkins, forks and all serving utensils).
Chafing Stand Kit Only – $10.00 (Chafing stand, water pan and sternos).
Full Hardware Kit – $18.50 (includes both Paper and Chafing Stand Kits)

How much is the delivery?

$25.00, but may vary depending on location. For Gainesville FL delivery fees, call 352-336-8040.

Do y'all deliver? If so, where?

Yes, we deliver to the Metro Atlanta Area, some parts outside Atlanta along with Athens GA and Gainesville FL. For information on delivery to Atlanta and Athens, call 404-422-7107. If you would like more info about delivery to the Gainesville FL area, call 352-336-8040.

I have no idea how to set up once y'all deliver, what do I do?

No worries, we deliver, we set up and the rest is for you to eat and enjoy!

Who cleans up?

Well, it’s quite simple actually. At the end of your event, everything is disposable (well the chafing stands we recycle). Any leftovers are for you to enjoy the next day!

Chafing stands are recyclable?

Willy’s is all about going GREEN, and there’s incentive for everyone! We reuse those stands and in turn give you coupons. For every metal rack you return, you will receive a coupon for 50% off an in-store entree. Pretty good deal, huh?

Do you bill or invoice companies?

Sorry, we do not! We take VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. We can take corporate checks upon approval.

I just want to pick up my order, is that ok?

Absolutely, you can pick up from any of our 19 locations!

Tyler, what if you're not there? Who do I talk to?

Our corporate catering team basically consists of 3 people, there is me, Tyler, and if I’m not here, Brenda and Sarah would be happy to help you.

Two chickens, which one do I choose?

Sinaloa Chicken is marinated in orange juice and roasted garlic with just a few spices. Adobe Chicken is smothered in Adobe Sauce crafted from roasted Ancho chilies and smoked chipotle peppers, the peppers give it a little more kick!

HELP! I need some Servers for our event, how can we make that happen?

No worries, Willy’s is here to help any way we can. We have servers for you, just $35.00 per hour, per server. Now, you can enjoy your event!

What do I need to get for my event?

If you have 20 people or more, the plates, napkins, forks, serving utensils and chaffing stands comes with your food. For groups under 20 people, we have some different options for you for your hardware kits, check it out on our menu! All you have to worry about is the table!

Oh no, I do not have a table or a table cloth, help again!

Ok, we are here for you! We rent out tables! Also, we have either black or red plastic disposable table cloths if you need to purchase those from us.

I have vegetarians, what options do you have for us?

We have lots of options! Our beans and rice do not have any animal products in them, they are made with a veggie base. We also have our delicious tofu as a meat option. Even meat eaters can’t tell they are not eating meat!

I like your restaurant, but how do I know it will be the same quality?
